When you think of change, what comes to mind?

The old, the new, the seasons, the departures, the arrivals, the birds, the body, the mind... Change is everywhere. Most importantly, it's within us.

When it comes, will you run from it, face it or run towards it?

Change comes in many forms. Focus on changing yourself first, it's the only change you can control.

You can be a bird. Prepare for all moves that may come your way... Be prepared to let go and to fly.

You will be surprised where you can go. Where you are right now is no where close to the possibilities.

What is fear? Kick that thing away.

Then, twirl it away.
